even though it did turn out looking like her.  This is my friend Aly my favorite Mexican (i think) she wanted me to draw her as a 'cartoon, but with purple hair and her bear hat' I was trying to keep a green/purple theme I dont know why I picked those colors for though I used copic markers and toyed around with the saturation in photoshop! [EDIT] Her hand is supposed to be forshortened not swollen  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. A bit of advice on foreshortening arms, don't make the upper arm that long. By shortening it it seems closer to the viewer (I'm assuming you wanted to make only her forearm closer).
